Growth and Environment
The Growth and Environmental committee handles laws, threats, regulations, and damages brought on by our economic and natural world. This committee is based upon the topic of global warming, overpopulation, disease, famine, etc.

Committee Topics
1. The Question of Establishing a Global Framework for Climate Migration and Displacement
With 2025 projections estimating over 50 million people displaced by climate-related events by 2030, the committee must address international protections, resettlement mechanisms, and burden-sharing responsibilities for climate-affected populations.
2. The Question of Setting International Standards for Nuclear Energy Expansion
As nations including Japan, the United States, South Korea, North Korea, and France rapidly expand nuclear programs, the committee must consider safety protocols, long-term waste storage solutions, fusion research governance, and pathways for responsible global nuclear development.
3. The Question of Regulating the Use and Governance of Rare Earth Minerals
With rare earth elements essential for electric vehicles, batteries, and solar technologies, and with major stakeholders such as China, Chile, the United States, and countries across Africa, the committee must evaluate sustainable extraction, trade dependencies, and environmental and labor impacts within the global supply chain.
